Health

I. ) Moonlight Kennel guarantees that the puppy is in good health prior to delivery and has received appropriate medical inoculations and care including parvo inoculations and worming. Moonlight will provide the Buyer with a medical chart detailing all of the treatment the puppy has received under Moonlight's care and future care that Moonlight feels is essential to puppy's well being.

II. ) Moonlight guarantees that the puppy is free of life threatening diseases or disabilities (i.e., heart murmurs, parvo, etc.) for 14 days after delivery to Buyer. Should life threatening diseases or disabilities be discovered by the Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the puppy, and attested to in writing to Moonlight Kennel by the Buyer's veterinarian, Moonlight Kennel will provide the Buyer with a replacement puppy as soon as such a puppy is available to Moonlight Kennel. Moonlight Kennel strongly recommends that the Buyer has puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of the Buyer's choice within 72 hours of receipt of puppy.

III. ) Should the puppy be diagnosed within one year of any genetically derived medical disorder which is considered by two unassociated veterinarians to seriously impact the quality of life short of euthanasia, or require continuous medical treatment throughout the course of the puppy's life Moonlight Kennel will, upon provision of veterinary reports, provide Buyer with one of the following options:

A) Should Buyer choose to keep puppy and accept partial refund, Moonlight Kennel will, upon receipt of proof of spay or neuter, refund 50% of purchase price.

B) Should Buyer choose to relinquish ownership of the puppy to Moonlight Kennel, Moonlight Kennel will refund purchase price less any shipping or miscellaneous charges necessary for transportation of puppy to Moonlight Kennel.

IV.) Veterinarian expenses incurred by the Buyer, for any reason, will not be Moonlight Kennel's responsibility.

REGISTRATION

I. ) The Buyer understands that puppy has been sold with full American Kennel Club (AKC) registration (unless otherwise specifically stated in puppy's detail page) and that they will receive the registration documentation no later than 60 days from the date of purchase, along with a 4-generation pedigree. Full registration allows the Buyer to show the puppy in conformation shows and to register any litters produced or sired by the puppy. Said registration entitles the Buyer to register the puppy with AKC (other other specified registry) and to attend sanctioned obedience trials.

II. ) The Buyer agrees to take all measures necessary to insure that puppy is of suitable quality before he/she is mated and if he/she is not suitable to have the puppy spayed or neutered.

III. ) The Buyer understands that the Moonlight Kennel cannot guarantee the puppy to become a champion show dog or to be of show quality. However, at the Buyer's request of a show quality puppy, Moonlight Kennel will make every possible effort to effectuate these results. Also, if the Buyer champions a puppy from Moonlight Kennel within two years of purchase we will rebate 50% of the puppies purchase price.  The championship must be from AKC and confirmed.

TEMPERAMENT

I.) Moonlight Kennel strongly recommends that the Buyer attend obedience classes with the puppy and provide proper socialization opportunities for puppy.

II.) Moonlight Kennel shall not be held responsible for acts of the puppy, which are due to the Buyer's negligence.
